My major Investment Banking client based in Bromley is currently seeking an Administration Support to join their Wholesale Banking division.

Key Skills required for Administration Support:

*Solid PC skills are required
*Good organisational skills and accuracy - ability to liaise with Sales, Client and Approval teams
*Outlook and Access skills and knowledge is essential for this role
*Strong team player - ensuring coverage for all lines of the business
*Enthusiasm, commitment and willingness to take on new roles and responsibilities if required.
*Ability to work on their own without supervision
*Knowledge of the Cash Management business would be an advantage.

The role (accountabilities):

*Email inbox maintenance and managing communications for the team
*Responsible for logging information that is received into the team on the same working day; ensuring there are no duplications of information.
*Processing of queries and issues raised.
*Electronic filing, copying and distribution of completed documents
*Managing off-site filing process with third-party vendor.
*Collation of data regarding the team's activities for reporting purposes.
