Projektbeschreibung

OUR CLIENT IS LOOKING FOR AN ADMINISTRATOR FOR AN INITIAL 6 MONTH CONTRACT.

Location: Remote, with some travel to Aldershot/Central London

ROLE DESCRIPTION:
Grad or similar level resource required. Will be required to run the operational processes to support the tracking and monitoring of information from various sources to support the UK

- liaison/chasing up of status updates with managers
- incorporating feedback into the spreadsheets on a timely basis
- organising and chairing calls as required to review/collate progress updates
- providing input into weekly status calls
- appropriate escalation to senior management as required

SKILLS/ATTRIBUTES:

- Very organised with good attention to detail
- Self starter who will work proactively to chase progress and status updates
- Excellent communicator and ability to liaise effectively at all levels including L4/L3 management
- Ability to understand and manipulate Excel files (ability to use macros - nice to have)
