For our customer in Zurich we are looking for an
Administrative Support for a Contracting
Your responsibilities:
- Prepare and otherwise provide support on presentations and reports for senior management committees
- Perform ad-hoc analyses for senior management (eg cost and headcount development, fixed vs. variable cost, corporate centre performance analysis and review)
- Contribute to the annual 3 year strategic planning process
- Independently drive P&L analyses with focus on cost management
- Involvement in the rolling forecast process and challenge business partners on the underlying assumptions and activities
- Work collaboratively with team members on the monthly financial reporting process and other ad hoc tasks
