Currently seeking an Administration Representative to support a Senior Management team and their staff in their office in Edinburgh, Scotland for a 6 month contract.

Please find below full details in relation to the role, as provided by the client:

DESCRIPTION OF BUSINESS ENVIRONMENT:

A leading IT Client of ours is currently embarking on a large capture /bid for the City of Edinburgh Council. There is a need to support the fluid team, residents in Edinburgh, both as they join and leave (this is an internationally supported bid) and during their time in the city.

DAY TO DAY RESPONSIBILITIES:

- Maintains calendars
- Arranges meetings
- Makes travel arrangements
- Interfaces with internal and external customers
- Multi-tasks effectively in a fast-paced and ever changing work environment
- Demonstrates initiative, discretion and tact in managing email, telephone calls and other requests
- Ensures correspondence is accurate

REQUIRED SKILLS:

- Recent successful administrative support experience
- Excellent written/verbal communication skills
- Strong organisational skills
- Demonstrated effective customer service and teaming skills.
- Ability to work effectively with professionals in a geographically disturbed environment
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office products including Outlook, Excel, Word and PowerPoint

TYPICAL MINIMUM EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE:

- Ideally require a Bachelors degree from an accredited college
- Will also consider candidates with equivalent experience/combined education
