Administration Project Manager - West Midlands

Amoria Bond are looking for a Project Manager to take on new projects and assist with a continuously growing workload. It will initially be a 3-6 month contract and likely to be extended, with permanent positions considered as they are intending for long-term placements. Our client is a leading automotive manufacturer and needs a Project Manager who has knowledge of developing budgets, and coaching and supervision of staff. The Project Manager will have solid experience in SAP and strong excel skills.

The successful Project Manager will be measured on their project margin performance, project cash flows and forecast vs budget variance.

Main Responsibilities:

Meeting financial objectives by forecasting requirements and preparing an annual budget
Scheduling expenditures
Analyzing variances
Enforce policies and procedures
Implementing production, productivity, quality, and customer-service standards;
Resolving problems
Completing audits
Carry out HR objectives such as recruiting, selecting, orienting, training, assigning, scheduling, coaching, counseling, and disciplining employees

Key Skills:

Strong organizational and communication skills
Strong work ethic and results driven
Attention to details
Excellent working knowledge of Excel
SAP experience is a plus
Ability to work and communicate with people of all levels

Contract Rates are competitive and negotiable dependent upon experience.
