Administration Officer/Travel Administrator

Projektbeschreibung

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

- Overall arrangement of local and international travel and accommodation issues
- Overall supervision and control of travel and accommodation cost
- Assurance of proper applying of ticketing and accommodation policy
- Arranging for visa issuance where needed
- Coordination with concerned internal and external parties
- Receiving travel applications for domestic and international trips
- Coordinates with Travel Agencies and Hotels to travel schedules
- Perform Ad-Hoc duties as assigned by management
- Train assigned staff
- Report to Line Manager all related work duties

EXPERIENCE & QUALIFICATION:

- 1-3 years of relevant experience
- University Degree in Business Administration

REQUIRED SKILLS:

- Working knowledge of Arabic and English languages
- Basic PC literacy skills
- Good Telephone manner required for some roles
- Evidence of verbal communication skills
- Service oriented
