ADMINISTRATION OFFICER.

£14,355 - £15, Hours 52 Weeks FTC until 2nd October 2015.

Selby College Business Services Department is seeking an Administration Officer to join their expanding team. This role will focus on the delivery of administration for our European Social Funding provision. This is a critical role within the department and will include liaising with partner bodies, visiting employers and undertaking initial paperwork on site, managing relevant data bases, including tracking of expenditure and all associated administration and paperwork.

The successful candidate will have the ability to work unsupervised, be able to meet strict deadlines and have excellent customer service and written and verbal communication skills.

Willingness to learn new skills, a high level of tact and diplomacy and the ability to adapt to change are all key personal attributes required to succeed in this role. A level 3 or above in Business Administration is an essential requirement of this role.
