MAIN DUTIES:

- Collecting Staff expense receipts
- Matching receipts to claimed expenses
- Updating spread sheet for SSC Finance Team to process
- Collecting credit card receipts
- Scanning and sending to SSC Finance Team to process
- Collecting post
- Delivering post to correct people
- Stamping invoices
- Batching up and sending to SSC Finance Team
- Payment run - receiving suggested payment from SSC Team (marking up and referencing)
- Pulling out invoices to be processed and checking against the Upload file
- Checking invoice values and due date and confirming
- Filing- invoices rec'd; approved, paid, bank, credit card, expenses
- Ensuring all invoices are referenced so that we can tie up to system
- EDP audit and prep work
- Analysis on ad hoc reports
- Audit Files

SKILLS REQUIRED:

- Ability to use initiative
- Willingness to help on repetitive tasks

Candidates will be required to complete full background screening before commencing employment, including UK Electoral Roll/Credit Check, Basic Disclosure Criminal Record Check and global sanction checks.
