ADMINISTRATIVE SUPPORT SPECIALIST is needed for a CONTRACT opportunity with Yoh's client located in CAMBRIDGE, MA

- Skills in Administrative Support

WHAT YOU'LL BE DOING:

- Provides basic administrative support, and performs administrative tasks according to set policies and procedures.
- Influencing and shaping demands made on individual's diaries (Outlook calendar management)
- Arrange and coordinate internal/external meetings, team events, conferences and appointments locally and globally. Room reservations, to include VC/TC, webex, live meeting
- Prepare and distribute agenda and organize speakers. Support minutes as agreed by customer.
- Be the first point of contact for the partner for technical support of AZ/Partner communal Infrastructure areas, ensuring technical issues are dealt with swiftly and professionally
- Travel management (transportation, accommodation, conference rooms, FTF meetings, visitors badge, setup taxis, etc).
- Create and maintain Global distribution lists and Local distribution lists as needed for communication to team members
- Update relevant team documentation and communications such as Newsletters
- Manage selected SharePoint and portal sites to deliver effective knowledge sharing and collaborations
- Maintain documents in SharePoint and PKT. ie grant level of access, organize structure and proactive maintenance.
