Our client is a highly regarded and expanding international finance company with an enviable reputation in the market place. With their increasing workload they are looking for an ADMINISTRATION ASSISTANT to work within the Project Management Office (PMO).

As an ADMINISTRATION ASSISTANT in the IT department you will be working in a busy, fast moving environment and will work closely with the managers to ensure the department is run in an effective manner.

Experience and requirements for this role are as follows:

- PREVIOUS EXPERIENCE IN AN OFFICE ADMINISTRATION ASSISTANT ROLE
- ORGANISING, ARRANGING AND PREPARING MEETINGS/WORKSHOPS
- Managing schedules and team/individual's calendars
- Capable of working on own initiative with a proactive and organised approach
- Good attention to detail
- Proficient in MS Office packages, in particular Word and Excel
- Experience of working with leavers and joiners/HR Experience desirable
- Good team player
- Available for immediate start
- LOCATED WITHIN A COMMUTABLE DISTANCE OF SLOUGH

This urgent contract role is located in Slough with an immediate start at a competitive rate. 

There are likely extensions well into 2015 for the right candidate.
