My major Investment Banking client based in London is currently seeking an Administrative Assistant to join their Research Compliance team.

Key Skills for Administrative Assistant:

*MUST have worked in an Investment Banking environment.
*Also, MUST have Diary Management skills.
*Ideally previously worked in Compliance.
*Ability to manage a busy inbox with queries and data requests.
*Manage expenses for the Team.
*Excellent time and priority management
*Good stakeholder engagement background
*Proven skills on MS Office (PowerPoint, Excel, Word and Visio)
*All candidates must be highly organised.

The role:

*Responsible for providing administrative support for the EMEA Research Compliance Team.
*Handle various Banking requests - collating information for Senior Management approval.
*Arrange sector and vetting calls/meetings between Research and Banking, along with maintaining an up to date log for new joiners.
*Responsible for new starter inductions.
*Prepare compliance training presentation/materials
*Arrange training sessions
