ADMINISTRATIVE ASSISTANT
A client of ours is looking to hire a administrative assistant into their reputable organisation in Barcelona. The correct candidate will have a determined personality, a can-do attitude and motivation to succeed. The correct candidate can be a graduate with a business degree.
This is a chance to join a world leading organisation in their field, the company is currently expanding at a very fast rate, globally. You will come on-board and assist senior staff at a multinational level.
Location- Barcelona
Start - beginning of December 2015
Duration- 12 month contract
We are looking for an experienced, organised and proactive Administrative assistant with a positive can do attitude.
Primary responsibilities are:
Supporting IT employees and the IT Leadership Team with booking travel,
- Meeting rooms/office supplies/meeting agendas
- Expense claims/invoice payments checks/co ordinate workshops and events
- Candidate interview set up and agenda/hands on approach for helping the IT Hub set up (contacting the vendors, ordering supplies)
- Draft communication/coordinator between company and client and help build systems and process to streamline administrate and operational burdens
- Highly effective team work and capable of working in an international environment with teams across geographies
- High level of initiative and ability to work independently
- Strong communication skills/Language: Spanish fluent, English fluent
