Our client, a Global pharmaceutical company is seeking a Data Entry Administrator to be based in Maidenhead on a temporary contract through until the end of this year.
Justification
Successful completion of the eDocs Remapping project will be reliant on the timely processing of multiple Excel spreadsheets which define the new values to be applied in the DBCRs to be run by IT
The work requires the copying and pasting of information within spreadsheets, referring to defined information sources, application of a defined naming convention for Regulatory Dictionary terms and Submission IDs and identification of entries requiring additional analysis by Project Team members
In addition Project Status information needs to be maintained in Sharepoint to keep track of progress and issue resolution
This work requires focused attention to identify queries for resolution and avoid errors, and to ensure consistency between products; the temp will have access to eDocs to support the resolution of as many queries as possible
Having several of the RSS contractors perform these tasks during overtime working may mean it is done when people are tired, so is more prone to error
In addition, if it is done during the normal working day, I can be available to resolve any queries quickly
This temp resource will also be used for checking of the outcomes of the DBCRs ie that the results are as expected or that any errors are identified for correction
Skills Required
Microsoft Excel experience
Quick and accurate data entry over a full working day
Close attention to detail and ability to see patterns in information
Documentum or Sharepoint experience would be beneficial but is not essential
