*ADMINISTRATION ASSISTANT - BROMLEY - CONTRACT - ASAP START DATE*

We have an exciting opportunity to work as a Administration Assistant at Bank Of America Merrill Lynch in the EMEA Fulfilment department based in Bromley.

The team is responsible for handling and managing the GPS legal documentation for the Bank's Europe, Middle East and Africa division (EMEA) existing clients. The role includes a considerable element of electronic messaging, storage and researching, so a solid knowledge of PC skills is required, as are good organisational skills liaising with associates from Sales, Client Services, Fulfilment and our Approval Team. Investigations against a clients file will require the candidates to access the Internet

Key Responsibilities for an Administration Assistant:

-Excellent communication skills (verbal and written)
-Maintain email inbox on a day to day basis
-Electronic filing, copying and distribution of completed documents.
-Define and improvise the role process and procedures
-Manage off-site filing process with third-party vendor

Core Skills/Knowledge:

-Excellent MS Office skills (Word, Excel, Powerpoint and Outlook)
-Good communication skills (written and verbal)
-Ability to liaise with team members/peers on a daily basis
-Previous experience in a Administration role or equivalent
-Excellent time management skills
