Projektbeschreibung

Edinburgh based contract for an Administration Assistant. The role is to provide a comprehensive Administration support to the Client Services Team within a Financial/Investment environment and assisting other Admin Assistants where required.

Duties to include:

Coordination of onsite client meetings on behalf of the client services team
Meeting invite issuance in accordance with agenda
Meeting room bookings
Travel arrangements
Lunch bookings
Presentation/Pack collation
Binding/Printing of packs
General on site Administrative support for support (BCP plans, distribution lists etc)
Processing Invoices for approval/filing as required
Assisting with general duties as requested
Assistance with meeting minutes/action logs as and when required

Your skills will include:

Extensive experience in an administration role, supporting more than one senior manager within a Financial or Investment environment.
Excellent verbal and written communications skills
Excellent planning/organising skills
Good working knowledge of MS Excel, Word and PowerPoint
Good people skills and confident communicator
