An excellent opportunity has arisen for an Administration Assistant to provide a comprehensive Administration support to selected Head of Departments, Senior Management function within a leading Investment Bank in Edinburgh, I also have the same position for the same bank however you will be based in Glasgow.

The Administration Assistant will have responsibility for diary management and meeting room bookings, travel arrangements, expense claims and taking minutes.

You shall also process invoices for approval and assist with coordination of onsite client visits and training courses.
