Administration and Customer Care Technician (Reston, USA)

Our customer a leading Telecoms company are looking to recruit an Administration and Customer Care Technician to be located in Reston Virginia, USA.

As the Administration and Customer Care Technician you will be part of the on-site team, in charge of Administration and Supervision for various customers.

You will be in charge of all Hardware and Software components and will have to support and assist customer local teams to using our customers solution (configuration, reporting and support).

Profile

- BS Degree level in Computer Science or equivalent
- 2 to 3 years experience in Telecom network and administration (IT and Telecommunication)
- Good knowledge on server OS administration (Windows & Linux RedHat)
- SW and HW troubleshooting and problem solving abilities
- Good written & verbal communication - Fluent English
- Ability to work with autonomy, with good reporting to higher level and management
- Valid Work permit in the US mandatory
