- Knowledge of Symantec NetBackup solution;
- Knowledge of Business Continuity concepts;
- Knowledge of SQL Server basics;
- Knowledge of Exchange Server Administration;
- Macfee antivirus administration;
- CheckPoint FireWall basic administration;
- NTP basic administration;
- Basic deployment of hardware (eg thin-client, Servers);
- Minimum knowledge of banking environment;
