We are looking for one of our clients for a ORACLE APPLICATIONS ADMINISTRATOR

JOB DESCRIPTION:

- Install or Uninstall, Configure and administer
- Apply software patches, hotfixes, and service packs
- Perform system software level recovery
- Respond to requests for information
- Maintain Operational Procedures documentation
- Perform startup and shutdown of Middleware
- Perform software performance tuning
- Deploy customer application code/content changes
- Perform application instance configuration Deployment or Removal
- Create, implement, manage scripts
- Perform problem determination and problem resolution
- Perform root cause analysis
- Manage problem tickets per Problem Management process
- Open help requests with software vendor support
- Implement and test changes
- Manage change tickets per Change Management Process
- Create new Change Record
- Maintain software security compliance
- Review & assess security vulnerbility alerts
- Manage SSL Certificates and Keys

SKILLS:

- Oracle 11 - Oracle Application Server 10G/11 - Grid control - Oracle Fusion Middleware.

DESIRABLE:

- Oracle Application Server
- Oracle fusion Middleware
- Weblogic
- ITIL & Change Management knowledge
- Experience of 4 to 5 years in the field of production
- Demonstrated qualities of teamwork would be appreciated
