WHAT YOU'LL BE DOING:
- Conduct competitive/market research as directed to include, but not limited to: press releases, federal budgets, online subscription business development tools, internal data bases and information captured in email.
- Track status of outgoing and incoming data calls to potential teammates.
- Maintain calendars, schedules, action item lists, and rosters, communicates priorities and deadlines.
- Supporting vendor analysis from data received from a variety of sources.
- Maintaining, developing, and analysing data in spreadsheets and/or databases.
- Providing varied administrative functions to support high intensity proposal efforts.
- Update SharePoint repositories.
WHAT YOU NEED TO BRING TO THE TABLE:
- Extensive skills with Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, and PowerPoint)
- Must have familiarity with SharePoint
- Ability to function in fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
- Must have good organizational skill
- Must have good written and oral communication skills
- May include some domestic overnight travel
- Associates degree
