Next Link Solution is looking for an administrative Assistant to work for a big pharma company and to support the Finance department and the Head of global finance.

Supporting various administrative tasks for specific team members and managers within our client Finance including Business Compliance.

General administrative tasks such as:

- Administrative support to defined Basel-based managers and team members in DC Finance, and the Head of Business Compliance
- Calendar management for defined managers
- Travel & expense management for defined managers and team members
- Organization and coordination of meetings, workshops and training sessions and (coordination with the client's staff and external companies)
- Maintenance of SharePoint, various lists and systems.

Must haves

- At least 3-4 years' experience as administrative assistant in a global company, pharma experience preferred
- Work proactively, independently and able to prioritize
- Enjoying the challenges of a fast paced, global environment
- Strong organizational skills and good team player with dedication and passion
- Excellent interpersonal skills and comfortable within a global environment and structures where communication happens to a large degree by mail and phone and most of it in English
- Service-oriented
- Excellent knowledge in MS Office, Sharepoint
- Commercial diploma or equivalent and minimum 3-4 year's industry experience in a global company, pharmaexperience preferred
- Fluent spoken and written German and English, other languages good to have.
