Provision of Contractor Support for: Support for MS-EPM 2010
1.Background
1.1 The NCI Agency uses Microsoft Enterprise Project Management (EPM) 2010 as enabling technology to support all its project management activities which is a core business for the NCI Agency.
1.2 The NCI Agency maintains over a thousand projects across its various portfolios with roughly 600 new projects every year.
1.3 The NCI Agency is looking for external consultancy to support the day-to-day administration of its EPM environment.
2.Statement of Work
2.1 Task to be performed by the contractor
2.1.1 The contractor will, under the tasking of the EPM Service Manager, perform the following tasks:
-Performs daily work on the system to ensure data consistency
-Apply defined operational procedure on system
-Perform administration work on system
-Provide help and guidance to end-users
-Collect and document new requests, request for changes,
-Help future project office in performing technical actions on system.
-Performs some other technical tasks related to the EPM environment in collaboration with the EPM development team and as per tasking by the EPM Service Manager.
2.1.2 The Contractor's nominated personnel will be expected to work as part of the SSBA/BAS/EPM Service Team, which is currently based at the NATO site in Brussels. The Contractor is required to nominate personnel who must be available full time for the entire duration of the contract.
2.1.3 The Contractor shall demonstrate that the personnel nominated have actual experience in undertaking similar tasks. The Contractor shall make full details, including CVs, of such tasks available to NCI Agency by 23 May :00 and NCI Agency reserves the right to interview nominated personnel.
2.1.4 The Contractor nominated personnel shall have the following skills by role:
Technical support and administration of Microsoft Enterprise Project Management (EPM) 2010:
*Mandatory:
oExtensive knowledge of the Microsoft Enterprise Project Management 2010 Platform. This includes knowledge of project management mechanisms, Microsoft EPM Platform, database and architecture.
*Optional:
oT-SQL/Reporting Services
Candidates with a current security clearance are strongly encouraged to apply
Due to the nature and urgency of this post, candidates holding or who have held high level security clearance in the past are most welcome to apply. Please note successful applicants will be required to be security cleared prior to appointment which can take up to a minimum 10 weeks.
