Admin Support wanted for our Basel based client in the pharmaceutical sector.
YOUR EXPERIENCE/SKILLS:
- Commercial training (business school) or equivalent
- Several years' experience working as an Administrative Specialist or equivalent, additional career training is a plus
- Proficient user of MS Office Suite and other job-relevant software along with the ability to handle the month-end process for PO creation and goods receipts
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to work independently as well as experience in interacting with senior stakeholders
- Languages: fluent English and German both written and spoken, knowledge in French is an asset
YOUR TASKS:
- Taking care of general administrative tasks and maintaining administrative processes in case of absence of the line manager/team members
- Informing, advising and supporting team and associates from outside the team on processes, guidelines and services that are specific to the department
- Assisting in optimization of current processes and/or introduction of new or modified processes
- Guaranteeing a smooth adjustment to the job of new employees in the own area of responsibility
