For our banking client in Fribourg, are we looking for a

Customer Advisor

Start: before 10/10/2016

Duration: 3 months initial contract - can become permanent job as Branch leader

Location: Fribourg (French speaking area of Switzerland) OR Bienne/Neuchâtel

Job description:

- Telephone duties and reception of customers
- Receipt and procession of credit applications according to defined guidelines
- Sale of financing solutions during a meeting with customer
- Follow-up of pending customers by telephone and mail
- Preparation of financing applications and transmission to the payments department
- Outbound activity with existing client portfolios

Requested skills/experience:

- A minimum of 5 years' experience in the banking or commercial sector
- Experience in Management of a small team is a plus
- A particular flair for sales and good client contact
- Ability to work independently and willing to learn about processes and products
- Ideally having practical experience in client follow-up
- Very good spoken and written language skills in German, good written and spoken skills in French
