Projektbeschreibung

My client are an asset management consultancy looking to hire a member of admin/reception team. They are keen to hire someone that has admin and reception experience and has worked with social media in the past. The client wants someone who is willing to learn how to use their database and build up a respectable social media reputation.

Duties

- Use twitter/facebook/intagram/pinterest to build a respectable reputation
- Answering the phones
- Ordering office supplies
- Greeting clients
- Dealing with the Post
- Managing diaries
- General front of house reception duties
- Building upon the existing database

This is an initail 3-6 month contract with the view to go perm after.
