ADMIN COORDINATOR needed for a CONTRACT opportunity with Yoh's client located in Thousand Oaks, CA

THE BIG PICTURE- TOP SKILLS YOU SHOULD POSSESS:

- Extensive administrative coordinating experience.
- Previous experience supporting two (2) or more upper level executives or directors.
- Preferred experience with SharePoint, effinity or Ariba systems.
- Experience completing small to large projects.

WHAT YOU'LL BE DOING:

- Primarily responsible for complex administrative support activities.
- Responsible for complex calendaring.
- Prepare and/or process technical material/reports/forms using a wide variety of text editing software.
- Manage features (formatting, editing, deleting).

WHAT YOU NEED TO BRING TO THE TABLE:

- Administrative support experience.
- Experience completing small projects.
- Familiarity with Outlook calendaring.
- Strong Interpersonal and communication skills
