Onsite Recruitment team based at a leading Pharmaceutical giant currently have an urgent requirement for a Administration Co-ordinator to join the team on an initial 3 months contract (with the strong possibility of extending further).

This role is based on client site at Camberley

Role purpose
* You will provide full administrative support to enable delivery of all service offerings.
* You will provide support in processing invoices and purchase orders
* You will assist with the recruitment process as required and maintain on-site recruitment systems.

Skills:
* Excellent attention to detail
* Analyse, validate and extract data - must have excellent Excel skills.
* Prioritising and time management
* Problem solving on previous invoices and Purchase orders
* Adapting communication styles; written and verbal
