My Client is looking for an Administrative Assistant to provide a comprehensive administrative support service to the Executive Officers and senior management team in the Central Medical Directorate. As part of a busy team, the post-holder will act as first point of contact for telephone/email enquiries and undertake effective scheduling of meetings, interviews and other events and provide administrative support for these events on the day. The post-holder will be required to attend meetings to take notes or formal minutes as required and to prepare and type letters, reports and other documents as required.

I am looking for someone with relevant experience in an administration/clerical role and good organisational skills and an ability to pay close attention to detail. Good computer and database skills, as well as the ability to organise own workload and to meet tight deadlines, are essential. Good communication skills and experience of working in a busy team environment are essential.
