Lucas Kennedy are a boutique IT Recruitment Company based in Bromley who specialise in providing contract and permanent resources to large scale organisations across the globe.
We are currently have a vacancy for a Admin Assistant/Office Manager (maternity cover) to assist with the day to day running of the office. Candidates should be proactive, hardworking and be willing to take responsibility for all office administration. We are working within a fast moving market and require someone with the ability to efficiently manage their workload to ensure the Director and Consultants are free of administration. You must have a confident and professional telephone manor and the ability to mirror match as you will be conversing with people of different levels from consultant to C-Level. You will also be required to take and filter phone calls, arrange interviews, manage invoicingexperience of Microsoft Excel & Outlook also required.
Proactive and hardworking.
Knowledge of recruitment is desirable.
Happy to work in a small office environment and be part of a niche team
