IHRE AUFGABEN:
-Support the Head of FPPS (travel planning, limited calendar management), and ensure urgent issues are dealt with
-Support project organizations in FPPS with project related administrative tasks
-Organize and coordinate internal/external meetings and events with international participation; these include larger team meetings, video and teleconferences, off-site meetings and workshops
-Responsibility for travel logistics in cooperation with the in-house travel center and/or external parties if needed
-Provide project and portfolio support as requested
IHRE QUALIFIKATIONEN:
-Commercial diploma in business administration, or other professional qualification and working experience in an international environment
-Team player who fosters the value of jointly working on common goals
-Ability to work autonomously and independently with a discrete and integer personality
-Proven track record in working professionally for multiple team members/managers and able to prioritize conflicting priorities
-Experience in dealing with internal and external customers
-Strong organization skills, flexibility, open-minded team player with excellent interpersonal skills
-Ability to integrate well into several matrix-structured teams
-Passionate about working in a dynamic environment with a keen interest in taking on additional activities beyond administrative tasks for further career development
-Knowledge of accounting and procurement principles, processes and corresponding systems (Ariba, SAP) is an advantage
-Understanding of the Healthcare and/or IT industry is an advantage
