Our client, a large financial institution, is looking for an Admin Assistant to join their team in Northampton on an initial 5 month basis.

The role:

* To deal with the end to end on boarding process for Global Payment Acceptance relating to newly recruited and existing customers

* Maintain and provide key stakeholder management in the form of dealing with queries on the progress of an applications status and providing solutions to queries

* Plan and organise own work to ensure Service Level Agreements are met and no loss to the business/customer incurred

* Complete application set up as per customer instruction including product specific requirements

* Process amendments to customer accounts using various systems, communicating with all relevant parties where necessary

* Take ownership and make decisions on individual cases within discretionary limits and decide whether further investigation is required, what investigation is required and provide recommendations to management

Requirements:

* Delivers outstanding customer service in all that they do.

* Maintains the perfect balance between the interests of the company and its customers

* Delivers every time to high standards/time, cost, quality, efficiency, value

* Pays attention to the important details that could have a commercial risk and business/customer impact

* Communicates in an open, complete and consistent manner

* Good written and verbal communication skills

* Good PC Skills including Microsoft Office such as Word and Excel

* Good planning and organising

* Team Player

* Excellent attention to detail

* Able to use own initiative

* Must be adaptable/flexible able to cover hot spots within own team and rest of the department
