Service Care Solutions are currently recruiting for an Admin Assistant to work within children's service based in the Surrey.
This is an exciting opportunity and the role will include:
*Undertake administrative duties in accordance with statutory and departmental requirements.
*Undertake reception duties in an office/establishment and provide information regarding available services.
*Provide telephone cover and a message service in an office/establishment, as appropriate.
*Undertake photocopying and fax transmissions, as requested
*Produce simple correspondence and reports from tapes and written documents.
*Process incoming and outgoing mail.
*Maintain filing systems, including establishment of new files
This is a great opportunity that has an initial contract until the end of august with a strong possibility of a long extension and an excellent rate of pay
For this position you would ideally have:
*Experience in use of databases, Microsoft Word, Excel and Publisher
*Experience of reception work and customer service
