ADM/Cluster Manager/Roll-out Delivery Manager/Project Manager - Ireland

The post holder will be responsible for providing the integrated team under his/her control, the guidance and management to deliver the requirements within the scope of the contract, namely the upgrade of Radio network 2G/3G/LTE activities for the customer in Ireland Acting as part of a pair/team of Cluster Managers and Technical Delivery Managers.

Responsibilities:

*Management and interface to sub-contracted ASPs.
*Establishment and familiarisation of their assigned program cluster & site list in Site Handler.
*Governance of the sub-contracted ASP re: their strict compliance and adherence to their contracted scope of work
*Co-ordination with a group of specialist resources providing Dependent functions and services, H&S, QASIS, Logistics, to deliver an assigned portfolio of sites within the portfolio of clusters assigned.
*Assign priorities to the ASP and Integration team to focus and drive delivery each and every day.
*To ensure a consolidated approach working with other CM's, TDMs and Program PM's for synergies to secure effective delivery with a minimum of duplication.
*Monitor and support of financial budgets as necessary.
*Attendance and presenting requirement at Program Team meetings.
*Identification, mitigation, reporting along with the management and control of risks to the program plans.
*Ensure inter project activity dependencies are identified, managed, prioritised, reported and managed using appropriate Risk/Issue management techniques and templates.

Mandatory Requirements:

*To comply with the Company policy and best practice in security, legal and regulatory compliance, including compliance to national and international quality standards
*To safeguard customer information at all times
*To access, use or disclose customer information only where necessary to perform the role and responsibilities of the position.

Essential Elements:

*Proven Team Leader.
*Contentious and responsive to the current situation and impending situations re: threats and risks to progress and target realisation
*Experienced at the method and techniques of developing work breakdown structures and project planning, defining, tracking, controlling, recovering, run-rate based deliverables.
*Have existing knowledge of Ericsson tools and values, including, organisation and processes, and be proficient with Intranet and internal systems.
*PMP certified, or an alternative requisite Project Management process knowledge and training.
*Extensive Mobile telecommunications delivery/roll out experience specifically GSM/3G/LTE technology.

Desirable Elements:

*A sound understanding of 2G/3G/LTE upgrade mobile technology and processes.

The Role is multi faceted and therefore will expose the individual to all elements of the larger Roll-out 2G/3G/LTE roll-out deliverables including RBS/BTS Swap, RBS recovery, retrofit and new technology. Essential to this role is the ability to work at the highest level and provide support to key Program personnel.
