IT Specialist Address management
Role Description
We are looking for an IT specialist with in-depth knowledge of address management for large enterprises, and preferable in a utility company. It is important to understand the vision for address management in company defined by the project stakeholders, the business, the management who manage the required budget; it is your job to translate their vision into a tangible solution. His/her main deliverable is the definition of a program/project solution in line with IT vision and business vision. During program/project implementation he/she will make sure that what is delivered is compliant with the agreed solution.
Responsibility
As IT Specialist Address management, you will be responsible for the assessment and management of the business requirements for new projects/enhancements related to address management. Based on your knowledge of the address management area, you will define the solution blueprint and deliver an architectural solution document to the project/supply teams (development). You will act as the single point of contact for the business requestors. You will also assure that the solution which is implemented by the supply teams is in line with the business requirements.
Skills
Able to conceptualize complex (address) solutions.
GIS knowledge.
Experience with INSPIRE address concepts is a plus.
Knowledge about authentic data sources for National and International addresses is a plus.
A good communicator, in writing and speaking, in Dutch, French and English.
Good negotiations skills.
Drive.
Focus.
Independent.
Willing to work in the factory team for several years.
