Role: ADABAS/Natural Software Development Consultant
Location: Geneva, Switzerland
Duration: 6 months + Extension
Job Description:
-Experience in software development and operation
-Good experience developing with ADABAS/Natural based systems Knowledge of formal development management methods.
-Confident communicator with written and verbal English skills.
The Developer will perform the following tasks to support the DMAPS system:
- Support ongoing regular operational tasks necessary to maintain the regular business activities of the Hague Registry requiring the use and consultation of the DMAPS system;
- Assist in the development and implementation of required DMAPS enhancements using ADABAS/Natural to support modifications required to enable data and procedural changes specified by the Hague Registry
The software developer will work closely with existing WIPO staff responsible for the DMAPS system and assist and support with the delivery of ongoing and upcoming DMAPS related tasks.
The technology used necessitates good experience with ADABAS/Natural based systems, but any knowledge required of the specific Hague Registry system and environment will be provided by the supervisor.
