AD SALES COORDINATOR needed for a contract opportunity with Yoh's client in New York, NY.

THE BIG PICTURE - TOP SKILLS YOU SHOULD POSSESS:

- Advanced Microsoft Office skills, incl. PPT. One (1+) years of admin experience.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, professionalism.

WHAT YOU'LL BE DOING:

- Provide administrative and clerical support.
- Answer phones, order supplies, schedule meetings.
- Photocopying and filing. Client correspondence.
- Makes travel arrangements.
- Also includes other dept. specific assistants (sales, HR, etc.).
- Provide senior-level administrative support.
- Project management and presentation preparation.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to prioritize and handle multiple tasks.
- Basic to intermediate Microsoft Office skills, incl. Word, Excel, Outlook and PPT.
