My client, a leading financial services company, are recruiting for an Actuarial professional to join their Life, Pensions & Investments Insurance team, initially running up until July based in Edinburgh.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Provide appropriate actuarial input to a software developer building a system to calculate costs of guarantees and smoothing for with-profits business.
Calculate bonus rates and surrender scales for a range of UK and European Products Calculate the investment return, smoothing and guarantee costs to be allocated to asset shares and the estates.
ESSENTIAL SKILLS: Part qualified actuary with at least 3 years work experience
DESIRABLE SKILLS: With-profits experience"
