My client, a leading financial services company, is recruiting for an Actuary, to join their Finance Insurance team, on a 3 month rolling contract, based in Bristol.
ESSENTIAL REQUIREMENTS:
In depth knowledge of, and ability to apply, actuarial concepts and techniques.
Experience of Actuarial Modelling software (Prophet or Moses).
Experience with, life insurance, pensions or Investments.
Knowledge of IFRS and Solvency II modelling and reporting would be beneficial
Ability to identify key or unexpected outputs and investigate issues.
Ability to follow an approved development process and documenting to regulatory requirements.
Good oral and written communication skills
Ability to work independently where required, in an organised manner.
