We have a contract role for a temporary Actuarial Analyst with strong IT skills to build and test an annuity quotation system.
The quotation system is likely to be driven by Excel and Visual Basic for Applications and there is a requirement to store all quotations in a suitable database.
The successful candidate will be responsible for build of this in its entirety.
What skills/experience you will need
* Strong working knowledge of annuity calculation.
* Strong IT skills - in particular of Excel, VBA and databases,
* Good communication skills, both written and oral.
* Strong ability to manage work to agreed deadlines.
* Experience of system testing methodology and system controls. Competencies
* Attention to detail
* Bringing innovation to problem solving
* Delivering business results
