ACTUARIAL/BULK ANNUITIES DESIGN LEAD- BRISTOL - UP TO 1000PD

My client, a Leading Financial Services Company, is recruiting for a Actuarial Professional/Bulk Annuities Design Lead to join their Life, Pensions and Investment team and support the Senior Design & Change Managers with the delivery of their Insurance Finance Business & Enterprise Architect based in Bristol on a rolling contract.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Knowledge of Actuarial systems and Bulk Annuities within Insurance Finance

Build, configuration and/or maintenance of rules engine tools o Research various topics and look to present finding in a clear and logical way using written and visual techniques.

Detailed analysis of as-is to to-be positions for Insurance Finance systems: in terms of systems, processes, data, reporting and people capabilities.

Identifying the gap (between as-is and to-be) and understanding the scenarios and options available to move the current capability forward.

Structure and communicate design options to senior stakeholders.

Liaise with various departments to get a clear and validated understanding of where Insurance Finance is now and what outcomes they want to achieve.

EXPERIENCE:

Experience of Actuarial systems and Bulk Annuities o Ideally experience of Life Assurance accounting

Working with Finance and ideally within a Finance department.

Strong stakeholder management at all levels of the business.

Proven track record of driving and delivering change in a Finance environment
