Active Directory Service Manager - Switzerland

Our client, a major international organisation based in Lausanne, is looking for a Service Manager with a solid background in Active Directory to be responsible for the installation, availability and quality of service of their current data centers.
Managing the delivery of an off-shore supplier, you will manage 2nd and 3rd level support and implementation initiatives covering AD and Microsoft exchange and associated infrastructure applications. Experience of Service Management within a multi-national environment is essential as well as a solid technical background in Exchange, Anti-Virus, Anti-Spam, Messaging, Conferencing, Active Directory, QA and DNS.
You will manager all 2nd and 3rd level escalations with the vendors and ensure resolution according to agreed service levels. Monitoring of key KPIs is key with strong documentation management.
Due to the urgency of this position, we are only able to consider applications from candidates based in Switzerland or from the EU.
