Active Directory/Messaging Specialist

The Role

- Part of the team tasked with delivery of the new WorldPay Technology Infrastructure, covering the transition from RBS to Worldpay Data Centres, Networks and Office/Desk environments.
- This role provides the specialist skills and knowledge relating to the provision of a secure internal and external End User Computing infrastructure suitable for supporting the services WorldPay wish to deploy and operate.Creation and implementation of Low-Level Messaging product Designs, Tools and Technologies aligned to the EUC Security Policy.
- Interaction with service providers and internal teams to ensure the above is successfully delivered and support.
- Adherence to WorldPay security policies and procedures.

Key Accountabilities

- Definition and Support of a PCI-Compliant EUC Infrastructure for WorldPay.
- Define and establish the Directory and Messaging environment covering PCI, physical security and data encryption technologies and policies.
- Assist in the definition and support of the Infrastructure EUC Model for WorldPay, which will form the core EUC delivery into the Data Centre environment and to end users, upon which application Services will then be landed.
- Provide a centre of competence relating to matters relating to End User Computing; configuration, management and associated maintenance/monitoring technologies.
- Produce infrastructure documentation to enable service providers and internal work streams to deliver the required infrastructure products and services.
- Support, Influence, Negotiate and Guide EUC service providers/internal work streams to a successful outcome.
- Assist in establishing policies and procedures for an ongoing WorldPay Infrastructure Support Operation.

Skills & Experience

- Track Record of designing, and successful implementation of, large secure & PCI-certified corporate messaging infrastructure.
- Proven capability to produce Infrastructure Design documents and diagrams, both high and low level
- Strong knowledge and proven experience of implementing Microsoft Active Directory 2008 R2 including design, migration and deployment into a large infrastructure
- Strong knowledge and proven experience of Microsoft Exchange 2010 including design, implementation, migration (from Exchange 2003) and deployment into a large infrastructure
- Strong knowledge and proven experience of implementing Microsoft Lync 2010 including design, migration and deployment into a large infrastructure
- Strong knowledge and proven experience of implementing Microsoft SharePoint 2010 including design, migration and deployment into a large infrastructure
- Strong knowledge and proven experience of implementing Symantec Enterprise Vault v8 and above including design, migration and deployment into a large infrastructure
- Strong knowledge and proven experience of implementing Blackberry Enterprise Server v 5 and above including design, migration and deployment into a large infrastructure
- Experience of managing High Availability infrastructure across multiple data centres and geographic regions
- Experience of Mobile design, delivery and support
- Experience and knowledge of current PCI Standards, relevant to infrastructure implementations
- Working with third parties in the specification and delivery of infrastructure components
