Active Directory Engineer: ADS, ADFS, WINS, Support, Windows

My client, a world renowned global organisation based in Prague is seeking an Administrator/Engineer to perform the support, operational, monitoring and control activities of the Active Directory Services (ADS), including all supporting components/tools/processes for proper operations. The successful candidate will have exposure to Windows based Server Infrastructure, strong knowledge of Active Directory and related technologies.

Major Accountabilities
* Learn and assist in support of Active Directory (AD) services and supporting components (ie - WINS, DFS, etc.) offered to customers inside and outside of Global Infrastructure Services
* Assist first level support and operations for all Active Directory related issues
* Assist day to day operations (ie, but not limited to performance monitoring, capacity management, event & security monitoring) of AD and supporting infrastructure and the necessary actions are taken
* Assisting in Identifying and resolving problems that may impact daily operations.
* Assisting support and assistance to customers to identify and resolve technical problems.
* Escalates issues/problems to internal team as needed.
* Reviews and ensures compliance of technical operating instruction manuals, system documentation, work instructions, processes, standards and procedures.
* Assist in technical analysis of work load, equipment loading, performance bottlenecks, and software changes and makes recommendations for improvements
* Performs related duties as assigned.
