Active Directory Architect

Synergy Consulting Group has a 6 month contract to hire opportunity for an Active Directory Architect with a company in the Findlay, Ohio area.

The salary expectation begins at $90,000 and can go higher depending on experience.

The Active Directory Architect is responsible for the design, implementation, and support of the Active Directory infrastructure for business and future growth initiatives.

You will be responsible for projects relating to Identity and Access Management, and Active Directory from an architecture perspective while maintaining compliance with corporate standards.

POSITION DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

- Lead design, implementation and support initiatives with Active Directory and Microsoft Server 2008/2012 in enterprise
- Provide leadership and guidance on Microsoft Server and Active Directory projects
- Manage support and service needs with vendors, and internal stake holders by establishing solid relationships with good communication and proper expectations
- Plan and review future Active Directory solutions for enterprise. Also reviews new 3rd party solutions for tools and applications needed for growth and management of environment
- Responsible for the design and architecture of global backup solutions and recover of Active Directory
- Strong understanding of Microsoft Windows Server technology including AD Forests, Domains, Trusts, DNS, DHCP, Group Policy, and OU's
- Insure security standards are upheld to corporate policy by collaborating with Security team as required. Maintains compliance to corporate standard with all Active Directory controls

QUALIFICATIONS:

- Strong understanding of Microsoft Windows Server technology including AD Forests, Domains, Trusts, DNS, DHCP, Group Policy, and OU's
- Candidates must possess 10 or more years enterprise IT experience
- At least 5 years directly focused on Active Directory
