SENIOR ACTIVE DIRECTORY ADMINISTRATOR needed for a LONG-TERM CONTRACT opportunity with Yoh's client located in Charlotte, NC.

Top Skills You Should Possess:
- Six (6) plus years of Active Directory Administration experience
- Sr. Windows Administration experience

What You'll Be Doing:
- Senior IT Infrastructure Analyst will serve as a member of the Enterprise Windows Design and Support Team applying leadership skills and technical expertise to analyze client and technology requirements to develop and support the Active Directory, Domain Controller and critical infrastructure environments.
- The position is expected to communicate with customers and other team members to complete projects.
- Independently achieve goals and complete assignments with instruction limited to results expected.
- Working with architects and others to understand technical hardware roadmaps and impacts to IT and the business
- Active Directory Operational Support
- Installing, configuring, monitoring, troubleshooting and supporting Active Directory and Domain Controllers
- Support of Active Directory Sites and services and trusts
- Installing, configuring, monitoring, troubleshooting and supporting DNS for Active Directory
- Managing Active Directory Schema, Multiple Forests, Certificates on Domain Controllers
- Installing, configuring, monitoring, troubleshooting and supporting Critical Infrastructure (DNS, DHCP, WINS, PKI)
- Installing, configuring, and supporting Windows Servers
- Leading problem resolution and root cause analysis along with recommending and implementing preventive techniques
- Developing and promoting standard operating procedures
- Participating on project teams to deliver optimal solutions
- Develop and Manage Server O/S Images and configuration settings.
- Work with Microsoft to evaluate hotfixes and patches outside of normal Microsoft security patches. This would include service pack updates.
- Participation in 24x7 on-call rotation

What You Need to Bring to the Table:
- Manager is looking for a Senior Active Directory Administrator. Would prefer someone who can come in and hit the ground running
- Six (6) or more years of directly related IT work experience
- Active Directory/Domain Controller Experience
- Backup and Recovery of Active Directory
- DNS experience
- DHCP experience
- WINS experience
- Server 2003 experience
- Server 2008 experience
- Server 2012 experience
- Must be a self-directed high performing individual

- Ability to integrate multiple IT processes, functions, and systems
- Experience in large 24x7 production IT operations
- Strong communications and interpersonal skills
- Ability to thoroughly document, communicate, and adhere to processes
- Ability to work effectively across all levels of the organization
- Demonstrated ability to work effectively on multiple projects/efforts
- Vendor management experience
