Acquisition Manager/Acquisition Surveyor

Our client, a leading telecommunications supplier, are looking to recruit a Site Acquisition Manager for a 6 month contract in the West Midlands.

Key Responsibilities:

- Ensuring Site Acquisition activities meet customer and company requirements
- Leading permitting processes with local authorities
- Preparing roll out schedule alongside relevant team/project managers
- Ensuring resources are properly considered and demand plan is prepared effectively
- Managing subcontractor resources and their performance.
- Preparing and implementing corrective actions
- Agreeing model site drawings with the project team and lease fee frames with customer
- Cooperating with network planning, construction works, implementation and design manager

to secure a smooth acquisition and permitting progress
- Ensuring all local issues are considered and all relevant acquisition and permitting standards and guidelines are followed
- Supporting PM in preparation & updating roll-out schedule
- Ensuring acquisition and permitting documents control and storage system is created and maintained effectively

To be considered for this role, you will need to have the following skills and experience:

- Relevant educational background
- Strong experience in an acquisition role within the mobile telecoms industry
- A good understanding of customer goals and requirements
- Knowledge of local rules and regulation pertaining to permits and approvals
- An established connection to local authorities and permitting bodies
- A strong understanding of challenges associated with site acquisition
