Acquisition Manager

*Acquisition Manager/Acquisition Surveyors* A leading telecoms company based in West Midlands.

The role of Acquisition Manager/Surveyors will be to take ownership of the maintenance and decommissioning of sites currently managed by multi-site agents.

The key responsibilities of the role are;
* Ownership and management of a programme of maintenance and decommissioning.
* Acquisition of replacement sites.
* Matrix management of new Cell builds.
* Managing the Notice to Quit process.
* Working with delivery, operations and project organisations to plan specific requirements of where LTE pop coverage will be affected for remaining multi-site agent sites.
* Manage the decommission of multiple sites.

I will be looking for candidates with experience in;
* Matrix Acquisition.
* Working knowledge of property, contract and lease/licence negotiations are essential.
* Experience of team, supplier and stakeholder management.
* Network roll out processes. (End to end).
* Problem solver/solution finder to site specific and generic issues on acquisition related telecommunication aspects.
