ACE Black Belt Lean Six Sigma Project Manager Banking London I am seeking a strong technical Project Manager with excellent agile project management skills covering ACE, a Black Belt Lean Six Sigma Certified expert, who is looking to build their career with this banking giant based inLondonCity As the ACE Black Belt Lean Six Sigma Project Manager, you will be in charge of the operational management of the ACE project. ACE is the name of a programme for operational excellence (continuous improvement of efficiency) based on Lean methodology. You will be the SME across the bank for operational excellent and continual improvements and use your Black Belt status to get buy in from senior stakeholders to your changes Key Responsibilities will include: * Lead efficiency improvement projects with operational staff in line with ACE method and objectives * Is accountable for meeting project deadlines and budgets and reaching projects' expected results * Spread ACE culture in his scope (communication, awareness sessions, training ?), lead change by using ACE tools * Support and coach operational managers to implement process performance management and continuous improvement. You will be coaching yellow and green belts to bring their skill levels up * Provide reporting on its projects and share projects related information (project update, business case calculation?) This is a permenent role, based inLondonCitywith a salary of £80,000- £90,000. It is initially a fixed term contract for 9 months but this is likely to be extended dependent on your success.
