Accounts Recievable/Billing Analyst

 Seeking an individual that is detail oriented with good MS Excel Skills to analyze invoices for accuracy against IT inventory for a large corporate organization. The role involves 80% reviewing invoices using Excel. 20% of the time you will provide light administrative tasks such as filing, making copies, making calls, taking calls, setting up WebX etc.

Day to day in this role you will take extremely large invoices and use Excel on a daily basis to compare   data using V look ups (will train in V look ups) and validate what inventory the organization is being billed for, and then create reports. Systems will not be used to manage data, only excel spread sheets. This is an office setting not A/R setting.

We will consider all individuals that have worked heavily with Excel as part of their daily functions at work. We encourage administrative individuals to apply, Billing Analysts, Office workers etc. SQL Data Analysts would not be interested in this role. Excel experience needs to be on the job experience with Pivot tables looking and comparing data

We are not looking for a Book keeper; there will be no other A/R functions.

This is a contract hourly paid opportunity that will renew each year for 1 year at a time.

FUNCTIONS:

- Analyze large sum/multi-line invoices with the use of Excel
- Resolving discrepancies on invoices (duplicate billing, charges above negotiated rates, etc.)
- Attention to detail and accuracy
- Ability to make calls to vendors to discuss discrepancies  

Work location is downtown Atlanta for a large corporate environment. Office hours are 9:00am to 6:00PM.  

REQUIRED

- Intermediate to advanced proficiency in Excel
- Experience using pivot tables in a work environment
