Accounts Receivable Team Leader/Supervisor

Location: Bracknell, Berkshire

Hourly Rate: £23.00

As an Accounts Receivable Team Leader/Supervisor working for a global organisation, you will be responsible for supervising a team of up to seven employees. You will also be responsible for managing the domestic cash allocation and accounting activities in accordance with the US GAAP on behalf of client countries in EMEA. The primary goal is to protect the corporation through maintaining controls and ensuring compliance with the organisations global financial standards.

Responsibilities:

- Protect the corporation through strong process controls and documentation
- Build cost effective business processes facilitating cost reductions and process efficiency
- Support System's implementation in line with business needs
- Focus on continuous employee development

Key experience includes:

- Experience of supervising and people management
- Financial accounting experience
- Proven track record of improving processes
